Celebrating 12 Years of NITSAN - An Evening to Remember!

12 years! Twelve years of hard work, dedication, and sheer brilliance. We are celebrating NITSAN’s 12th anniversary, and we could not be happier.
Everyone has been planning for this day since the beginning of this year, and it has nothing short of excitement filled with lots of emotions.
1st Feb marks the day when NITSAN started its operations, and since then, we have only grown, not only as an organization but also individually. We are grateful to our customers and our team, without whom we would not have reached this milestone.
Celebrating 12 Years
The day started at our usual time; however, this time, it was decorated on every corner with banners and cutouts depicting our 12th year together. When we were done with our work, everyone took off to a special celebration that was planned at Sugar n Spice.
Everyone gathered at the location, and the event started at 5.30 PM. Then, the event began with an opening speech given by our hosts of the evening, Nilam Chauhan and Miloni Salot.
No party is complete without a cake, so we first had our cake-cutting ceremony, and it was delicious, without a doubt.
To make this day even more interesting and memorable, the team organized a series of awards that were presented to everyone on the team based on their characteristics. It was a lot of fun since the awards were filled with humor and entertainment.
Speeches and Performance Awards
Further to the event, Mr. Nilesh Malankiya and Mr. Parth Parmar, Team Leaders from TYPO3 Development and Integration, were up on the podium with a presentation and a speech for everyone about their goals and vision for the company in the years to come. They even added points on how they look forward to doing better this year and helping growth overall.
Next, our Team Leader of Digital Marketing, Mr. Vishal Solanki, gave a speech and presented his idea on the marketing team's vision, goals, mission, and strategies to reach and impact more people.
After everyone shared their vision and goals for the company moving forward, we moved on to one of the most awaited parts of our celebration, the Annual Performance Awards. NITSAN every year presents awards to those employees who have done exemplary work and shown dedication for the year. Here are the awards that were given.

- Shining Star Award - Pradeepsinh Masani
- Best Performer Award - Divya Goklani
All the winners were deeply thankful and beyond grateful for the recognition. Moreover, each considers NITSAN a family due to the brilliant people and the work environment.
A Message from our CEO & CTO
In between the different speeches and awards, the company's CEO, Mr. Nitin Chauhan sir, presented everyone with quite an overwhelming speech. He spoke about NITSAN and his journey with the company. Moreover, he thanked everyone in the team for their contribution and how grateful he was.
At the end of the celebration, our CTO, Mr. Sanjay Chauhan sir, then shared his thoughts and experience of 12 years with the company. He thanked everyone from the team and showed gratitude towards everyone’s contribution to the company.
Food Makes Everything Better!!
Once everything was done, i.e., speeches, awards, etc., we all gathered and had fun celebrating the day with everyone.
Everyone was super hungry after all the fun and entertainment we had, so it was finally time to have the most awaited dinner. Right from the start till we had our dessert, everything was delicious. We could not have asked for more.

To end the day, we clicked selfies and pictures with everyone to capture the moments and the day altogether.
We all look forward to many more years of growth and celebration and hope that this year we are able to achieve more than we had hoped for as a team and as individuals.
