Celebrating 14 Years of NITSAN – AI Gala Event 2025

While talking about decorations and arrangement, it was legit. The NITSAN AI Gala was pure elegance in black and white. From the moment you walked in, you could feel something special in the air. 

At the entrance, a wall of posters showcased NITSAN employees in white, honoring those behind the scenes like a family photo album turned into art. A red carpet led to a photo backdrop where guests posed proudly. 

Inside, chairs were draped in white with black bows, and tables displayed each employee's name and their family. The stage featured a glowing LED screen, with soft, warm music creating a calm and respectful atmosphere.

As families arrived at the NITSAN AI Gala, they were greeted not just as guests but as part of the NITSAN family. At the entrance, the families were welcomed with a warm smile, kind words, and a heartfelt gesture: a small, living plant.

The plant was more than a gift; it was a symbol. A sign of growth, care, and deep appreciation for the roots behind every employee: their parents, their partners, their families. It said, without words, “We see you. We thank you.”  It wasn’t just an event, it was a celebration of people.

The gala began with a heartfelt “Deep Pragatya”, led by the families of the CEO and CTO. As a soft, beautiful song played, a flame was lit. This flame symbolizes light, unity, and gratitude. It was a quiet, intense moment that set the tone for the evening. We honored the spirit and purpose behind every step of NITSAN’s journey.

And and and…No celebration is complete without a cake, of course, that's a fact! Anyways, as the crowd gathered, the cake-cutting ceremony took center stage. With firecrackers lighting up the moment, everyone cheered as the founders, employees came together to mark this incredible journey. It was a heartwarming sight to see the smiles and excitement on everyone’s faces.

After the cake-cutting ceremony, it was time for the most anticipated moment of the evening, the Founder’s Speech.

Mr. Nitin Chauhan, CEO of NITSAN, shared his emotional journey of building the company from the ground up. With warmth and honesty, he spoke of the early days when he and Mr. Sanjay Chauhan dreamed of starting something of their own, driven by a shared passion for TYPO3 and a deep belief in their vision. 

From their humble beginning in 2011 as a small startup, through countless challenges and turning points, NITSAN grew, powered by resilience, courage, and the unwavering support of its employees.

Mr. Sanjay Chauhan, CTO of NITSAN, then took the stage with insights into NITSAN’s future, speaking on AI transformation, automation, and the innovation that lies ahead. He highlighted key milestones, shared technological achievements, and emphasized how teamwork and forward-thinking have shaped the company's path.

Together, their words didn’t just tell a story; they inspired. A story of dreams, dedication, and a team that turned vision into reality.

The entertainment segment began with a vibrant dance performance by the talented women of NITSAN. Their energy was contagious, and the audience cheered throughout the performance.

One of the key highlights of the evening was the official launch of the NITSAN AI Agency.

This launch marks a new chapter for NITSAN - “The Future is Now”, reinforcing its commitment to AI-driven solutions. The company is stepping into the future with advanced AI offerings, ensuring businesses can use AI for growth and innovation.

The announcement was met with loud applause and excitement from the audience, who were eager to witness the next phase of NITSAN’s journey.

To bring a personal and emotional touch to the evening, a special storytelling session was held. Employees shared their personal experiences, growth, and what NITSAN means to them. It was a heartfelt session that truly showcased the bond within the NITSAN Team.

• Mr. Bharat Makwana shared his journey of overcoming family struggles while balancing his professional life. He spoke about how NITSAN provided not just a workplace but a supportive family that helped him grow and excel in his career.
• Mr. Jay Bhalgamiya opened up about his health challenges and how he faced them with determination. He highlighted how the encouragement and flexibility at NITSAN allowed him to keep going despite the difficulties, helping him emerge stronger both personally and professionally.
• Mrs. Purvi Gohel shared her inspiring journey of managing personal responsibilities while pursuing her professional ambitions. She spoke about the support she received from her colleagues and leaders at NITSAN, making it possible for her to thrive in both aspects of her life.

A special moment in the evening was the greetings from Stefan Reinhardt, our valued team member from Germany.

Even though he couldn’t be there in person, his message of support and encouragement was felt deeply by everyone present. His words emphasized the global vision of NITSAN and how the company has built strong connections beyond borders.

From a small beginning to a big dream, the journey of Mr. Nitin Chauhan (CEO) and Mr. Sanjay Chauhan (CTO) is one of hard work and determination.

• Star Awards – This year, we celebrated three rising and shining stars:

As the event came to a close, a grand dinner was served, offering a delicious variety of dishes for everyone to enjoy. It was not just about the food; it was about sharing a meal as a family, strengthening bonds, and creating cherished memories.

The night ended on a high note as our founders personally handed out return gifts to all employees and their families. It was a gesture of gratitude, appreciation, and a reminder that every individual is valued at NITSAN.
