International Women's Day is a time to honor and celebrate the achievements of women. It's a day to recognize their contributions to society, culture, and the workplace. At our office, we believe in equality and diversity every day, but on this special occasion, we show our appreciation for the women who make our workplace better.

Celebrating International Women's Day at NITSAN

This year, the celebration of International Women's Day was unique at NITSAN. We adorned our workspace with vibrant decorations and welcomed all the womens. Each woman received a thoughtful gesture — a beautiful rose, chocolates, and a personalized card expressing our gratitude for their hard work and dedication.

That evening, we hosted a dinner party at a fancy restaurant. It was an opportunity for our female colleagues to relax, have fun, and bond with one another outside the office. Laughter filled the air with commitment to supporting one another.

Recognizing Maha Shivratri

Interestingly, this year, International Women's Day came with Maha Shivratri, a major Hindu festival. While our main focus was celebrating the women in our office, we also took a moment to acknowledge this important holy day.

यत्र नार्यस्तु पूज्यन्ते रमन्ते तत्र देवता:।
यत्रैतास्तु न पूज्यन्ते सर्वास्तत्राफला: क्रिया:।

Meaning of the Shloka: “That is, in a clan in which women are worshipped, In that clan there are divine virtues, divine pleasures and excellent children and in a clan in which women are not worshipped, know that all their actions are fruitless.”

Celebrating International Women's Day in our office isn't just about one day of festivities — it's is a reflection of our commitment to foster workplace culture. We recognize the contributions of women in every aspect of our organization, from leadership roles to everyday tasks. By gender equality and diversity, we not only honor Women's Day but also create a more vibrant work environment for everyone. Join Us
