TYPO3 Marketing Sprint 2022

NITSAN organized its first-ever Marketing Sprint. It was a single day event for marketers and designers. While a 3 day event for developes. Let us look at all the tasks and challenges given to the marketers and designers.
Marketing Challenges
Challenge 1 - Best Photoshoot
The first challenge started with submitting each marketer's best clicks or photoshoots. Next, each of them was asked to capture the best clicks they had with them and the idea behind that photoshoot.
Challenge 2 - Best Corporate Reels
Next, marketers were asked to create and submit two major corporate reels in two formats.
Funny - To judge the creative yet fun side of the person.
Inspiration - To understand the thoughts and integrity behind the person.
Challenge 3 - Tag Line for NITSAN & T3Planet
To make the challenges more value-based, we asked the marketers to brainstorm and use their creative mind to develop tag lines for NITSAN & T3 Planet. Maximum 5 taglines per person were allowed to give a fair chance to everyone.
Challenge 4 - Memes
The fourth challenge was all about creating memes that were based on developers and something that they could resonate with. Again, maximum 3 entries were allowed for every marketer.
Challenge 5 - Social Media Performance Report
Lastly, we designed a challenge to test the knowledge and analysis of the marketers' skills. We asked the marketers to create an enhanced customer report on social media for both brands using Zoho Reports.
It was a challenging task for everyone, but overall everyone did good and submitted great results with proper research in the given resources and time. Considering all the challenges, the entire team actively participated in them, especially photoshoots and Reels.
Challenges for Designers
We had a single-day event for designers where the designers were meant to create Best Sprint event banner designs that we will further publish on our social media handles as a reward to whoever does the best.
General Challenges
Challenge 1- Online Quiz Game
The first challenge in which everyone participated was the Online Quiz Game. Its main purpose was to test the general knowledge related to our Brand, such as When the organizations were established, Live Templates Extensions count, TYPO3’s founder, and much more.
Challenge 2 - 2 Truth & 1 False Game
Next, we organized another challenge for everyone focused on getting to know one another. Everyone had to mention and submit 2 Truths & 1 Lie about themselves, and all the others were asked to identify which was false and which was true about that person.
Results
After we wrapped our execution day for marketers and designers, it all came down to the Result day. The panel carefully reviewed all the tasks and the ideas submitted by everyone and announced the winners of each task. We even rewarded and gave badges to the top performers who gave their best. Furthermore, everyone collectively learned a lot from the challenges that were very different from their regular day jobs and work.
