International Women's Day is a time to celebrate the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women around the world. It is a day to recognize the incredible contributions women have made to society and to reflect on the progress we have made towards gender equality.
While we still have a long way to go, there is no denying that women have broken barriers, shattered stereotypes, and made their mark in every industry, including technology. In honor of International Women's Day, we want to shine a light on the women in our office who inspire us every day. These women have shown us that with hard work, determination, and a little bit of grit, anything is possible.

Nilam Chauhan - Human Resources
Nilam is responsible for our HR department and does an outstanding job. She is knowledgeable, organized, and always has the best interests of our employees at heart. Women worldwide were commemorating their accomplishments and embracing their influence. And in our workplace, we were doing no less. The office was festooned with colorful balloons, streamers, and flowers in vivid hues of pink and purple. The mood was electric, and we all eagerly awaited the Women's Day celebration.
Sneak Peek At NITSAN
At 12 o'clock, the festivities commenced. Each female colleague was gifted a bag containing customized cards, fragrant bouquets, and delectable chocolates. The excitement was contagious, and the room was filled with giggles and grins.
We were then ushered to the break room, where a spread of pani puri awaited us. The spicy, tangy flavors tantalized our taste buds, and we savored every bite. We engaged in conversation and laughter over plates heaped with crispy, zesty delicacies, grateful for the chance to come together and celebrate
As the celebration came to a close, we all felt energised and connected. We had taken a moment to recognize the fortitude and tenacity of the women in our office and demonstrate our gratitude for all their efforts. And as we departed from office that day, we carried that sense of empowerment with us, prepared to confront any obstacles that lay ahead.
