2024 has been an incredible journey for us at NITSAN. We’ve achieved so much, from successful TYPO3 projects to Special celebrations. It’s been a year of growth, teamwork, and dedication, where we’ve learned a lot and made incredible memories together.
Now, as we look back on everything we’ve accomplished, we’re excited to share the highlights that made this year special. We’ve worked hard, celebrated big moments, and helped each other grow along the way. And trust us, there’s so much more ahead. So, keep reading to dive into the milestones that made 2024 Special!
Our Year in Numbers:
This year at NITSAN, we achieved new milestones and broke records:

TYPO3 v13 LTS release Party NITSAN
The TYPO3 v13 LTS Release Party at NITSAN was a celebration of teamwork and achievement. The event kicked off with a welcome speech highlighting the importance of the release and the team's dedication. The cake-cutting ceremony featuring the TYPO3 v13 logo was a key moment, followed by fun games and activities that brought out friendly competition and laughter.
A special session allowed team members to share their experiences and reflections on the development process. The event emphasized NITSAN's core values of teamwork, dedication, and joy in achieving goals together. The celebration concluded with a group photo, reinforcing the strong, positive work culture at NITSAN.
TYPO3 Conference 2024 (T3CON24): Düsseldorf
Our team represented NITSAN at the TYPO3 Conference 2024 (T3CON24) in Düsseldorf. Led by Stefan Reinhardt, T3AI Product Ambassador, the event was a fantastic opportunity to network, share knowledge, and showcase our contributions. Highlights from T3CON24 include:
- Engaging discussions on TYPO3 advancements for enterprises and public institutions.
- Recognition for our work on T3AI TYPO3 AI Extension, which continues to lead innovation.
- Networking with TYPO3 experts, developers, and businesses from across the globe.
The energy and insights from T3CON inspired us to continue innovating and contributing to TYPO3’s future.
A Memorable Trip to Udaipur
Our Trip to Udaipur was an unforgettable experience, full of adventure and bonding. Over two days, the team explored the city’s beautiful lakes, palaces, and historic sites, while also reflecting on our journey together.
Day 1 started with a boat ride on Lake Pichola, offering stunning views of the Lake Palace. We then visited the grand City Palace and took in the peaceful vibes of Jagdish Temple.
On Day 2, we ventured to the historic Kumbhalgarh Fort, where the incredible views made it feel like we were on top of the world. The trip ended with a Gala Awards Night, where we celebrated our team’s hard work with awards like Best Performer of the Year and Rising Stars.
This trip was more than just Exploring—it brought us closer as a team, helping us reflect on our growth and the spirit that drives us forward. It was a memorable adventure we’ll cherish for years to come.
Festivals and Cultural Celebrations
At NITSAN, we embrace every occasion with joy. Our cultural celebrations in 2024 included:
- Independence Day: Patriotic flag hoisting and team reflections.
- Janmashtami: Fun-filled Dahi Handi celebrations.
- Ganesh Chaturthi: Welcome “NITSAN Cha Raja” with devotion and prayers.
- Navratri: At Zanzar Garba, colorful attire, and cultural performances.
- Diwali: Rangoli making, decorating the office with diyas, and enjoying sweets with Gifts.
These celebrations bring us together as a team and strengthen our bonds beyond work.
Cultural and Sports Events
Apart from work, we focus on team-building and well-being through events like:
- Sports Day: Fun competitions including cricket, badminton, and indoor games.
- International Yoga Day: Promoted wellness and mindfulness with yoga sessions.
- Women’s Day: Honored the achievements of our female team members.
- Men's Day: Celebrating & recognizing the contributions of our male team members.
These events help us relax, recharge, and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Social Impact: N-Smile Initiative (CSR)
Through our N-Smile Initiative, we continued supporting the community during Diwali. We distributed clothes, food, and essential items to underprivileged families. At NITSAN, we believe it is our duty to give back to society and contribute to a better future.
